Vasolabs, Inc is a service company.

There is no need to purchase additional equipment or train additional staff. Our service offerings include many ultrasound diagnostic ultrasound imaging tests, although we are able to offer many, we focus our resources on a few high quality procedures allowing medical providers and sophisticated clientele to identify high risk outcomes early.

We are a mobile service that is able to provide high qualtiy Carotid Intima-Media Thickness (C-IMT) and Carotid Plaque Assessment (CPA) procedures. 

Our services are performed at locations similar to:
  • Medical Provider Offices
  • Healthfairs
  • Corporate Executive Health Assessments
Our operation:
  • Call our offices (801)335-9467 and set up a date when we can occupy an exam room in your office
  • Set a date for scanning at your office (usually 3 - 5 weeks in advance to give you time to gather enough patients) Begin speaking to at-risk patients about the procedure and suggest they come in for the test. Provide each patient with the IMT patient materials.
  • VasoLabs will call to confirm the number of patients you have scheduled (one week and one day before your scheduled day).
  • Physicians may want to participate in our free doctor-to-doctor web-conference for practical clinical and interpretation information.
  • A trained VasoLabs sonographer will arrive at your office 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Assign them to an appropriate exam room where the lights can be dimmed (in order to better see the ultrasound screen).
  • You will receive two copies of each patient's reports (one for the physician and one for the patient) within 5 business days of the scan. Soft copies (PDF format) are also available. The VasoLabs interpretation guide will come with each batch of reports.
  • Physicians normally meet with each patient again to review results


Referring Providers Responsibility

•  Exam Room on the scheduled day

•  Schedule patients every 10 minutes

•  Billing for the procedure

•  Invoice due to VasoLabs in 30 days

VasoLabs charges a modest technical fee for its services
